They are available in three thicknesses, 3/4", 1-1/5" and 2", and can easily be cut to shape with a sharp knife. Insulation Hangars are available for horizontal installation and for those installations where a more secure installation is desired. It is important to fit the panels tightly together, using adhesive tape to seal the joints to prevent noise leakage, or penetration of water, which could be absorbed by the material.
